Enhancements to ViaNet and Troubles import functions

Enhanced ViaNet import function

From the main TMS main, select Telephone Service Request/Trouble Call >> TSR Work Orders >> Enter/Edit Work Orders.  In Add mode, select Special Options >> Check Network Submissions from the menu bar (see image below).

The Submitted Service Requests window appears.  Highlight a work order number on the left to view the details (see image below). 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Enhanced Troubles import function

From the main TMS main, select Telephone Service Request/Trouble Call >> Trouble Calls >> Originate Calls.  In Add mode, select Special Options >> Check Network Submissions from the menu bar (see image below).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Pending Network Submissions window appears.  Highlight a trouble ticket number on the left to view the details (see image below).
