Focus - 2006 TMS Users' Workshops

In early April, TMS users from across the continental US, Alaska, and Japan gathered in Williamsburg, VA for K&R's 2006 TMS Users' Workshops.  K&R employees and attendees engaged in group discussions and workshops to address the needs of the customers.  More details

Recent TMS Enhancements

Sometimes our customers suggest features that will enhance their use of TMS.  In response to these requests, K&R programmers developed a number of enhancements. 

 

Customer News

Fort Campbell reports that they have successfully implemented a bi-directional interface between Remedy and TMS for service requests and trouble calls.  K&R provided technical support and minor TMS program modifications to the on-site Remedy administrator for this project.  Service requests and trouble calls are entered through Remedy and then passed to TMS through ViaNet and Troubles submission files.  Feedback on the status of the work orders and trouble calls within TMS is provided from TMS to Remedy.
