“No login” version
A new version of Web Bills is now available. This version, written in ASPX, uses Windows Integrated Authentication to eliminate the need for the user to enter a separately maintained user ID and password to access telephone bills or reports. The user's domain ID is validated by the domain server and used as his or her ID to control access.
Based on feedback from the 2006 Users' Workshops, enhancements were made to allow up to three years (36 months) of bills or reports to be accessed easily from this web application. The previous limit was six months.

Web ViaNet Enhancements
“No login” version
A new version of Web ViaNet is now available. This version allows authorized users (e.g., TCOs or IMOs) to submit telephone service requests from a web browser. The new "no login version" reduces overhead for the administrator by using Windows Integrated Authentication, eliminating the necessity of creating and maintaining a user ID and password for each authorized user (as in previous versions). Instead, the user's domain ID is validated by the domain server and used as his or her ID to control access. Based on feedback from the 2006 Users' Workshops, changes were made to allow multiple users to be assigned to groups. This accommodates a situation when TCOs, and multiple backup TCOs, would need to view each others’ submissions.
Also, the import function for reviewing submitted requests has been enhanced. For more information, view Enhancements to ViaNet and Troubles import functions .
Web Troubles Enhancements
The import function for reviewing submitted trouble reports has been enhanced. For more information, view Enhancements to ViaNet and Troubles import functions.
