The Telephone Service Request/Trouble Call (TSR/TC) module maintains information on telephone service requests, trouble calls, and other work orders. The TSR/TC module interfaces with the following applications:

• PR/CR Interface - The Telephone Service Request/Trouble Call (TSR/TC) module and the Plant Record/Cable Record (PR/CR) module work closely together. Most PR/CR files are referenced by TSR/TC programs, and many PR/CR files are updated by TSR/TC programs.

• Work Flow Control Interface - The Work Flow Control application can be installed to provide electronic distribution and tracking of TSR Work Orders.

• ELDIR Interface - The Electronic Directory (ELDIR) application and the Telephone Service Request/Trouble Call (TSR/TC) module interface is limited to directory update transactions, which are generated via the Enter Directory Updates program and optionally passed to ELDIR from the PR/CR module for directory updates.
