Creating and tracking work orders for preventative maintenance

The Routine Maintenance Work Orders (RMWO) module generates, logs, and tracks work orders for regular, preventative maintenance.

Routine maintenance includes the inspection of aerial poles, the pumping of manholes, the inspection of MDF cable entry/exit points, and any user-defined maintenance item.  The programs in this module allow automatic or manual generation of work orders.  The work orders are tracked through completion.  Information is maintained on work done, changes made, and appropriate charges and costs involved.
