Trouble Call Submission via Network

Network-wide submission and status checking

This optional add-on to the TSR/TC module allows any user with computer network access to the TMS file server to submit a telephone trouble report, and to get feedback on the disposition of the trouble report.

Key Features:

Runs under Microsoft Windows 95 and up
No software to install on clients (just an icon or a shortcut)
Simple, easy-to-use Windows-based dialog with many user-friendly features
Isolates submitters from TMS database to avoid corruption
Review process allows rejection
No re-keying
Submitter can check status
Submitter can correct and resubmit rejected reports
