	Hourly report shows calculated Grade of Service and trunks needed by trunk group
	Handles in-bound, out-bound and two-way trunk groups
	True busy hour (i.e., worst Grade of Service) is automatically pin-pointed
	Summary report shows busy hour information only
	Grade of Service objective can be specified by trunk group
	Calculations can also be done based upon keyboard input values
