Course Descriptions
Plant/Cable Records training covers Plant/Cable Record database maintenance, inquiries, reports and printing.
Trouble Calls training covers entering & processing of trouble call reports.
Service Requests training covers entering & processing telephone service requests and other work orders.
Troubles training covers the electronic submission of and subsequent processing of telephone trouble call reports.
ViaNet training covers the electronic submission and subsequent processing of telephone service requests.
Work Flow Control training covers the electronic distribution cycle of work orders (approval, completion, and final close out).
System Administration training covers setting passwords and security levels for TMS, and generating specialized reports.
Image Management training covers the creation and management of graphic images within the Plant/Cable Records module.
Traffic training covers the collection of trunk group traffic data, data processing, and traffic analysis/calculations.
E911 training covers the production of an initial database, and subsequent changes, to be provided to E911 service providers.
Toll Billing training covers all aspects of billing phone customers and the production of investigative reports and documents.
