Objective:
Enable users to develop, maintain, and query the Traffic & Performance Reporting module.
Course Options:
The Traffic & Performance Reporting application training will provide students with the ability to analyze traffic data and produce detailed traffic reports to be searched and/or printed. The student will learn to define the parameters that control the extraction of statistical data, thus allowing for the automatic identification of peak time periods and traffic patterns. Also, to reduce the collection of unnecessary data, software configuration techniques for the extraction of statistics by day of the week and/or time of the day will be addressed.

The Grade of Service option will automatically or manually perform the Erlang-B calculations for any trunk group. It will generate hourly reports that will include the calculated Grade of Service. The software can be configured to process in-bound, out-bound, or two-way trunk groups. Training on how to utilize this option will cover limiting parameters, generating statistical reports, and manipulating calculations to reach a desired grade of service.
