K&R is pleased to offer Resident Training for our Telecommunications Management System (TMS) applications and optional modules. Resident training is available for the GUI version of TMS. We will post a new schedule soon. The courses are described here so that our customers can design a training schedule to meet their specific needs when we have not posted a Resident Training Schedule. Refer to the description for each class by clicking on the corresponding link at the left of the screen.

Please allow at least three weeks advanced notice to request Resident Training. The Resident Training Request Form is available for download. The cost for either scheduled or specifically designed courses is $440/day per student.

Training is conducted in our computer laboratory. We use special databases specifically designed to maximize the learning process. While there are no course prerequisites for attending these courses, basic computer skills are advantageous to the student. You may, in fact, find it beneficial to attend training for the modules in which you are interested to ensure that their capabilities will meet your needs and expectations before purchasing them.
