Track WOs and Trouble Calls

The Web ViaNet application allows submission of service requests via your intranet/NIPRNET.  The Web Troubles application allows submission of trouble calls via your intranet/NIPRNET.  The Work Flow Control module allows for electronic distribution of work orders and control of the work order cycle.
